In November home sales were a little less than the previous month, this due to holidays coming up and as we go into the slower months for real estate transactions. Still we were able to see 176 homes sold in Spartanburg County. Results are below:
Last month (October 2011) saw a slight increase in home sales. A total of 204 real estate transactions took place. Homes are still selling and with interest rates so low, homes will keep selling.
